Building a better future
We’re committed to reducing our carbon footprint across every project. Our sustainability strategy, published in our Annual Accounts, sets out our pathway to a 30% reduction in emissions by 2030.
By working to reduce the carbon intensity of materials, investing in energy efficiency across our developments and reducing emissions from site-based activities, we have already achieved a 12.6% reduction from our 2024 baseline.
